Mrs. Jayme L. Hayes graduated from Salisbury University in Salisbury, Maryland in 2001. She was named Personal Trainer of the Year for Daily Times in Salisbury in 2004. In 2005 Jayme started The Dinner Company, Inc. Currently, her position is President of Junior Achievement of the Eastern Shore since February of 2007 and was named 2011 Top 45 Women Leaders here on the Shore by Coastal Dispatch. Jayme is a black belt in Tai Jitsu. She is certified as a Job and Career Development Coach and is a Dale Carnegie graduate. 

Her passion is to give back to her community. She has served as a: Board Member for Salisbury Chamber of Commerce- leading their workforce development committee and earned “Young Professional of the Year” in 2013, she also serves on the Career Advisory Board for Salisbury University, Superintendent of Dorchester County’s Advisory Board, Wicomico Education Foundation, Youth Development Advisory Council and is a Greater Salisbury Committee Member. She recently was awarded the Karl Flemke Award through Junior Achievement USA, a National Award that recognizes Presidents inspirational leadership and growth. 

Under her leadership Junior Achievement of the Eastern Shore has won numerous awards including a 5-Star rating from JA USA for 12 years in a row, the Community Foundation’s Richard Henson Award for Non-profit excellence, the Peak Performance award from JA USA and many others. She is passionate about her community, education and is married to her husband, Chris Hayes and has two daughters.
